Personalized Calorie Recommendation
At the start of the program, you will be provided with a calorie recommendation to help you see weight loss results. Throughout the program, if you ever hit a plateau, we will make adjustments to this calorie recommendation so that you continue to lose weight.
Custom Food Log Feedback
This is a client favorite! You will get personalized feedback on exactly what you ate for 2 days of the week. I provide clients just like you with small, realistic changes to make to your day so that you not only reach your weight loss goals, but also find it easier to keep the weight off.
Weekly Live Nutrition Classes
There is so much contradicting information out there about weight loss. During these classes, we go over different topics such as how to incorporate carbs while staying on track with weight loss goals, how much protein we should be eating, how to lose weight when you have limited time, how to overcome common obstacles on your weight loss journey, how to eat out, and so much more!
Throughout the program, we will track your progress to ensure your current weight loss plan is working and make changes as needed to help you reach your goals.
Private Members-only Community
This provides direct access to a dietitian where you can ask questions 5d/wk and receive accountability and support from other women just like you on their weight loss journeys.
Monthly Weight Loss Challenges
Once a month we will have a challenge week where you will have a specific task to complete to support your goals! This is a fun way to stay motivated and on track!
