What's included in this program:
Personalized Calorie Recommendation
At the start of the program, you will be provided with a calorie recommendation to help you see weight loss results. Throughout the program, if you ever hit a plateau, we will make adjustments to this calorie recommendation so that you continue to lose weight.
Weekly Live Nutrition Classes
There is so much contradicting information out there about weight loss. During these classes, we go over different topics such as how to incorporate carbs while staying on track with weight loss goals, how much protein we should be eating, how to lose weight when you have limited time, how to overcome common obstacles on your weight loss journey, how to eat out, and so much more!
Progress Tracking
Throughout the program, we will track your progress to ensure your current weight loss plan is working and make changes as needed to help you reach your goals.
Private Members-only Community
This provides direct access to a dietitian where you can ask questions 5d/wk and receive accountability and support from other women just like you on their weight loss journeys.
Monthly Weight Loss Challenges
Once a month we will have a challenge week where you will have a specific task to complete to support your goals! This is a fun way to stay motivated and on track!
Resource Library
You will have access to sample meal plans, grocery shopping guides, eating out weight loss options, and so much more!
Monthly Group Coaching Calls
During these calls, we will work together to ensure that you are heading in the right direction and you will have the opportunity to ask questions for some custom feedback.
2 Private Coaching Sessions per Month
During these sessions, we will create a custom weight loss plan with actionable steps and address any potential obstacles you may have to reaching your goals. You will get personalized support and accountability to ensure you see results. If you ever fall off the wagon or plateau, I will be right there, by your side, to help you get back on track to achieve your weight loss goal.
Custom Food Log Feedback

This is a client favorite! You will get personalized feedback on exactly what you ate for 7 days of the week (that is 5 more days each week than the 90 Day Weight Loss program). I provide clients just like you with small, realistic changes to make to your day so that you not only reach your weight loss goals, but also find it easier to keep the weight off.
